AMAZON HUB, THE NEW SHERIFF IN TOWN

After 4 years of construction, the e-commerce giant has successfully established an air hub in Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). This $1.5 billion facility is equipped with robotics technology for sorting packages along with high functioning robotic tech, interlinked conveyors and ergonomic workstations. The 800,000 sq ft. facility offers space to accommodate over 100 cargo aircrafts and will also boost the job market of Northern Kentucky in coming months. Amazon had been working on establishing their control with increasing demand of e-commerce and this hub will successful connect Amazon’s 40 more locations in the US alone.
